I met with Dr. Lyerly and she was wonderful. She took time to answer my questions, explain things to me, and do extra tests with my prescription to make sure it was right. I have been with them for a little over a year and I wasn’t sure at first because my other specialist had left and recommended them.  It has been great they expanded all the test and even had one repeated to make sure they were right. From booking my appointment to the eye exam, selecting my glasses, and finally picking them up, the entire experience was seamless. The new location in the same strip mall is beautiful and made the visit even more enjoyable. Darshni was wonderful and gave me honest, thoughtful advice while helping me choose my glasses. I never felt pressured and truly appreciated her expertise. My glasses also arrived much sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. When I picked them up, Debra couldn't have been sweeter. I had my two-year-old daughter with me, who was definitely acting her age, and Debra was incredibly patient and kind. She even found the last blue lollipop to give her, which absolutely made her day. Dr Barnes and her staff at True Vision Eye Care on Leesville Road were great, easy to work with and very professional. I'm looking forward to my checkup in couple or months :) The Blink RX pharmacy that was recommend is not the best option in my opinion for customers of True Vision Eye Care.  Blink RX could not provide me any price information on my prescription and would not let me speak to a supervisor or manager to resolve the communication issues. Lifetime glasses wearer here, I've been to a lot of eye doctors in my life and this is the best one I've ever been to by far. Dr Lylerly is wonderful.  Very informative and caring person. I give her 6 stars.  Calling to make the appt. was a little more challenging.  It was Spring Break, and maybe other staff members were filling in, however, the chance after that encounter would have turned me away if it wasn't for the highly recommendation from my MD on Dr. Lylerly. I am so blessed that my friend Dean Mallen referred me to Truvision. I feel so well taken care of. Everything is always honored by the staff and Doctors. Today was scary with my eyes and needing an emergency appointment, as always I was accommodated within an hour.
